For many of us bodywork has been a touchstone (pun intended) of healing.  Since we mostly cannot receive professional touch during this strange time, I want to offer some free resources for you to help you stay healthy and keep your body and household adaptable.  Until we meet again…….

The amazing Maegan Megginson (MA, LMFT, LPC, CST, AASECT Certified) is offering videos for mental health support to calm your body, soothe your mind, and develop strategies to take good care of yourself and your relationship during these uncertain times. Virtual Downsizing Workshop

Turn quarantine time into organizing time with help from my friend Carolyn Rowe of The Move Makers! (  She is offering FREE virtual workshops via Zoom every Wednesday morning at 10:00am for organizing and downsizing tips, answers to your questions, and camaraderie.  She has other great resources on her website, too….. check them all out!

YOGA (live stream and recorded access for a few days)

Tara Atkinson is a fantastic yoga therapist and instructor, and is offering FREE live streaming classes at 9:00am M-F.  (If you decide you’d like to pay her, that would be a lovely gesture, but if you can’t, don’t worry about it.  Pricing is $45.00 per month for those who can.)

Gentle Hatha:  Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9:00am.    Vinyassa-flowing:  Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am.

Qigong class – Free, virtual, and ongoing 

Whitney Green is a licensed acupuncturist and is generously offering these ongoing classes on Fridays at 11:00am (cannot be recorded).  She will start with self-massage followed by an introduction to One Thousands Hands Buddha. This form promotes calmness and helps to eliminate fear. Join her from the comfort of your physical distancing, seated on the floor with a pillow or in a chair.
